Heath Purchases Reynolds Equipment Company's Assets 

Houston, Texas (June 17, 2008) –
Heath Consultants Incorporated announced the purchase of the assets of Reynolds Equipment Company a leading manufacturer of gas measurement equipment to the natural gas industry.

Reynolds Equipment Company is a manufacturer of mechanical pressure chart recorders, electronic chart recorders & correctors for use in field measurement for natural gas distribution and gathering applications.

Reynolds will be a division of Heath Consultants Incorporated. Heath is a leading service provider and manufacturer offering a wide range of products and services for over 75 years to the various utility markets. Heath is the manufacturer and exclusive distributor for a wide range of gas detection, pipe and cable locating and odorant analysis equipment. Over the years, Heath has demonstrated complete reliability in reducing leakage and maximizing pipeline integrity. Heath services include walking and mobile leak surveys, gas leak pinpointing, odor complaint response and a number of support services.
